This young, unpasteurized sake is light and clean, but has the refined flavor that usually comes with careful aging.
Made with a strain of the No. 7 yeast discovered at Masumi’s brewery 70 years ago.
Practically exploding with flavor, Arabashiri pairs well with robust foods.
Dewazakura “Sarasara Nigori”
Fresh, vibrant expression of the classic ginjo from Yamagata. A touch of sweetness at first sip, a sprinkling of sake lees for lively taste, then icy clean clarity through to the finish.
An effusive flowery bouquet is the unmistakable footprint of sakes from the Dewazakura Brewery in Yamagata Prefecture.
Perfect with shellfish, especially clams and scallops, or delicious sipped on its own before a meal.
