With over 30 years of international experience, including his role as former Head Chef at Chisou in Mayfair, Chef Kodi brings a rare blend of precision, creativity and depth to every dish. Known for his exceptional seared sushi, Chef Kodi has mastered a unique fish-cutting technique that elevates both flavour and texture, a skill that has earned him a loyal following among Japanese food enthusiasts in London.
